How
I lost 80 pounds in 8 months
and am keeping it off!
A few
years ago, I started to put on extra weight. Although I am tall,
it still made me feel uncomfortable and look big. I realized I needed
to do something when I reached nearly 200 pounds.
Well,
I started to search for weight loss programs. I tried almost every
diet on the market, but none worked for me. I either found the monotony
of the tasteless boiled foods difficult to stick with or the program
was just too complex for me to continue using all the time.
Tired
and frustrated, I began to order medical journals and top rated
health magazines from research centers around the world. After
one year spent in research and development, the EAT RIGHT program
was perfected and tested on myself and 18 close associates. The
results were unbelievable. All except 2 of the subjects lost the
unwanted weight. The two who did not pass in the first test period
succeeded two months later.
As
one of the first to try this diet program, I still remember how
happy I was when I lost my first 10 pounds in my first month. I
continued the program and 8 months later I had lost a total of 80
pounds! I sometimes still can't believe the person I see in the
mirror is me. My friends had to look twice before they recognized
me! It has been very easy for me to maintain the new, slim me. I
eat great food and have no trouble controlling cravings for junk
food. On this program, I don't even feel like I'm dieting - I just
EAT RIGHT!
